Clear boundaries for early-access information.

This notice describes the information the current early-access platform collects and the information it does not yet accept.

Information collected now

When you sign in or submit a form, the platform may store your account identity, work email, role, organization type, professional profile information, broad expert-search routing information, consent acknowledgements, workflow status, and limited audit records. Protected workflows may also store party and counsel names for conflict screening, authorization records, engagement scope and rates, milestones, time, expenses, invoice and offline-payment status, follow-up dates, and in-app notifications. Admin password and recovery information is stored as salted or keyed hashes; plaintext passwords and recovery codes are not stored.

Information not accepted in current forms

Submit party and counsel names only in the protected conflict-screening form for an authorized invitation. Do not submit privileged communications, medical or clinical records, evidence, case files, identity documents, tax records, payment-card data, or controlled information. The site is not a case-document exchange. Public search, applications, general routing and billing descriptions must not contain restricted matter information.

How information is used

Information is used to operate your account, review expert applications, route expert requests, support conflict-first workflows, display account-scoped records, prevent misuse, and improve the founding platform. Public professional profiles require the professional’s opt-in and administrator publication. The work-email field, account identity and internal review notes are excluded from public profile output.

Providers and account protection

OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare hosting infrastructure provide application delivery and database services. ChatGPT supplies sign-in identity. Essential sign-in and administrator-unlock cookies support access control. Current workflows do not collect card information or charge payments. Follow-ups and workflow alerts stay inside the site; email and text delivery are not enabled.

Access and retention

Account records are limited through signed-in, role-specific workflows. Administrative access and formal retention, correction, export, and deletion procedures must be finalized before public launch. Until then, contact the founding team with an account or privacy request.
